Joy Marcelle Smith, PharmD, has been serving as a pharmacist at Cook County Health and Hospitals System since January 2013, following a previous role as a pharmacist at CVS Health from September 2012 to August 2013. Joy Marcelle Smith earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University in 2012 and is currently pursuing a Master of Social Work at Syracuse University, expected to be completed in May 2024.
