Sumesh Vadassery is an accomplished technology leader currently serving as the VP of Software Engineering/Infrastructure at Conviva since April 2024. Previously, Sumesh held multiple roles at PayPal from February 2013 to April 2024, including Head of Cloud Engineering & Operations, where responsibilities encompassed infrastructure and cloud strategy, modernizing technology platforms, and overseeing extensive microservice and virtualization systems. Sumesh's experience also includes leadership positions at eBay from September 2008 to February 2013, contributing significantly to revenue-generating APIs, as well as roles at Microsoft specializing in Windows Mobile and eCommerce development. Early career experience includes software development at Visionics India Pvt Ltd. Sumesh holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Communication from the College of Engineering Trivandrum.
