Alieu Sillah began their career in 2015 as an Account Executive at Total Quality Logistics. In 2016, they moved to Conversion Path, where they held the roles of Director of Client Services, Client Strategy Director, Account Manager, and Senior Digital Marketing Analyst.

Alieu Sillah attended Miami University from 2009 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
