Scott Waddell has worked in the technology industry since 2010. Scott began their career at Pacific Coast Pharmacy as a Lead Software Engineer in 2010. In 2013, they moved to Lightbeam Health Solutions as a Data Systems Engineer. Since 2015, they have been employed at Conversio Health, where they have held the roles of Chief Technology Officer, VP Engineering, and Senior Director of Technology and Innovation.

Scott Waddell earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo between 2004 and 2009.
