Sean Maclachlan is an experienced telecommunications and operations professional with a comprehensive background in technical support and customer service. Currently serving as Telecommunications Manager at Conversational since March 2017 and Operations and Communications Manager at IP GEEKS since June 2014, Sean excels in providing technical support through chat and email ticketing systems, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Additionally, as Director of Technology for the Maritime Junior Hockey League since August 2008, responsibilities include reviewing gamesheets, supervising real-time scorers, and managing a database.
