Yunchao Wu has worked as a Research Engineer at Convergent Science since August 2020. Prior to that, from August 2019 until August 2020, Yunchao Wu served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Connecticut.

Yunchao Wu completed their education history with a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in thermal and fluid science from the University of Connecticut, earned between 2012 and 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Statistics from Peking University from 2010 to 2012. Before their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Theoretical and Applied Mechanics, also from Peking University, from 2008 to 2012.
