Stephanie Varney is an experienced HR and operations professional with a diverse background in human resources management. Currently serving as HR and Operations at Convergency Partners since October 2020, Stephanie has previously held the position of HR Business Partner at the National Basketball Association from October 2014 to August 2020. Additional experience includes roles as HR Program Manager and HR Specialist in Finance at Citi from August 2012 to September 2014. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Retail Management from Syracuse University's Martin J. Whitman School of Management.
