Ross Eichele is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in network administration and support. Starting as an IT Intern at AdventSource, Ross progressed to Desktop Support Technician at HobbyTown USA, where responsibilities included providing technical support across multiple locations and managing proprietary software. At Five Nines Technology Group, as a Systems Engineer, Ross supported client environments, managed data recovery, and facilitated vendor communications. Currently serving as Service Team Leader and Network Administrator at Convergence Networks since May 2014, Ross oversees client solutions and collaborates with teams to enhance service delivery. Ross holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Union Adventist University.
