Gary Rohrmayer has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the church planting and ministry space. Gary served as the President of Converge MidAmerica, overseeing its business and ministry interests across eight states, resulting in significant growth. Prior to that, they were the Director of Church Planting for Converge MidAmerica. Gary also owned Your Journey Resources, where they provided coaching and teaching for leaders and churches. As the Executive Director of Axelerate, they focused on accelerating church planting efforts across denominations and networks in North America. In addition, they held positions at Converge Worldwide, including Associate Director of Church Planting and National Director. Gary also taught church planting classes at Rockbridge Seminary and served as the Founding Pastor of Whitestone Community Church.

Gary Rohrmayer obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Bible/Theology from Moody Bible Institute in the years 1982-1987. Gary also earned a Master of Arts in Ministry (M.A.) degree with a focus on Leadership from Moody Bible Institute between 1995-2002.
