Michael Perlmutter is an accomplished partner at Converge Venture Partners since October 2015, specializing in seed and early-stage tech investments. As the co-founder and president of Civitanavi Systems, Michael led the company to become the European leader in inertial navigation systems for various applications. Michael has extensive board experience, including roles at Acutronic Switzerland AG, Acutronic USA, Sky Ventures Group, and Sensonor AS, the latter focusing on precision gyroscopes and pressure products. Previously, Michael served as president of Skylight Navigation Technology and was a partner at CommonAngels Ventures, managing early-stage technology investments. Michael's earlier career includes a directorial role at Northrop Grumman Corporation and co-founding Fibersense Technology, which was a leader in inertial navigation technology. Michael holds a degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
