Pam Townley currently serves as the Head of Insurance Products at Converge, a position held since December 2022. Prior to this role, Pam Townley was with AXIS Capital from June 2013 to December 2022, where responsibilities included Global Product Leader for Cyber and Technology E&O insurance products and oversight of US operations as the Cyber and Technology E&O Product Manager. Additionally, Pam Townley managed the Southeast Regional Underwriting team specializing in various professional liability sectors. Earlier in Pam Townley's career at AIG from May 2004 to June 2013, roles included Eastern Zonal Manager and Regional Underwriting Manager, along with serving as a Senior Underwriter focusing on a range of professional liability insurance products. Pam Townley holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from Oglethorpe University.
