Hailey Crosswhite is currently working as a Lead Recruiter at Converdia Health Staffing since March 2020. Prior to this role, Hailey held positions such as Quality Assurance Coordinator and Staff Development Coordinator at The Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society from February 2018 to March 2020. With a background that includes roles such as Activities Therapist & Psych Tech at Prairie St. John's and Assisted Living Coordinator at New Perspective Senior Living, Hailey has a wealth of experience in healthcare and senior living settings. Hailey also served as an Activities Director at Manorcare Health Services and Lutheran Home of the Good Shepherd. Hailey started their career as a Community Health Representative at Spiritlake Sioux Tribe - Public Health after completing a degree in Pre-Nursing Studies from Cankdeska Cikana Community College. Currently, Hailey is working towards an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management at the same college.
