Varun Chauhan has worked in the field of business and operations for the past six years. In 2013, they began their career at Teleperformance as a Team Lead. In 2015, they moved to Motion Oxytech Pvt. Ltd as an Operations Manager. In 2016, they were Team Lead at AKS Software Limited. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at ConveGenius as a Business Development Manager and Senior Education Consultant. Most recently, they have been a Founder at Shiksharth Technovative LLP.

Varun Chauhan received their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Gurukul Institute of Engineering & Technology, Kota between 2008 and 2012.
