Harshali Dalal

Assistant Vice President, Growth & Strategy, Founders' Office at ConveGenius

Harshali Dalal has a wealth of work experience. Harshali began their career in 2015 as a Volunteer at INTACH Heritage Academy. In 2016, they completed an Internship at the Ministry of Urban Development in India. In 2017, they became an Associate at the Chief Minister's Good Governance Associates Programme. In 2020, they were promoted to Deputy Manager at the Chief Minister's Good Governance Associates Programme, where they acted as a Governance Consultant to the CM Office, a strategic collaboration between Ashoka University and the Chief Minister's Office of Haryana. Harshali was also the Project Lead for the Antyodaya Saral service delivery project, Anaemia Mukt Haryana, Swachh Sarvekshan 2021, and CM Window (Citizens Grievance Redressal System). Harshali also managed the CMGGA fellowship and trained and supervised 25 fellows placed across 22 districts. In 2021, they began their current role as Senior Program Manager at ConveGenius, where they are the State Lead for K12 Edtech initiatives in Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh, and is managing projects with CBSE to bring about cutting edge action oriented, student and teacher facing data systems, as per the latest policies and programmes of CBSE.

Harshali Dalal obtained their Master's degree in Urban Policy and Governance from Tata Institute of Social Sciences between 2015 and 2017. Harshali also completed a Certificate Course in Business Management from Department Of Management Studies IITDelhi in 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA from Miranda House College between 2012 and 2015, with a focus on Indian and European History, Contemporary India : Economics and Society, and English Literature. In 2015, they also completed a Certificate course in International Political Economy from King's College London. Additionally, they completed their Class 11th and 12th from The Army Public School, Dhaula Kuan, New Delhi, with a focus on Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and Biology.
