Dolev Sebag is a highly experienced Technical Manager with a strong background in system and mechanical engineering. Currently at CONTROP Precision Technologies Ltd. since August 2021, Dolev oversees multidisciplinary design teams focused on micro payloads for airborne unmanned platforms. Previously, Dolev served as Technical Manager and System Engineer at Elbit Systems Ltd., where responsibilities included technical requirements and design implementation for active protection systems. Dolev's career began as a Mechanical Engineer, contributing to mechanical design and integration at IMI Systems Ltd. and ELTA, specializing in electronic packaging for the microwave industry. Dolev holds a Master's Degree in System Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and dual Bachelor's Degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and mekkif dalet.
