Amanda Zakas currently serves as the Interim Director of Customer Training at Controlant, having transitioned from the role of Customer Training Manager. Prior to this, Amanda held various positions at Nationwide, including Operations Leader, Billing and Payments, Operations Supervisor, Policy Distribution, Team Lead, Knowledge Management, and Sr. Analyst, Knowledge Management, from March 2017 to January 2023. Previous experience includes roles such as Operations Analyst and Communications Consultant at Farmers Insurance, Communications Coordinator at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Digital Marketing Assistant at Premium Outlets | Simon Property Group, and Events Assistant at Wiley Publishing. Amanda earned a Master of Science in Management from The American College of Financial Services and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Affairs Journalism and Strategic Communication from The Ohio State University.
