Chris Hessing is a Principal Software Engineer at Control4 since November 2019, with a robust background in software development and engineering. Previously, Chris worked at Broadcom/Brocade/Ruckus Wireless/Cloudpath Networks from August 2009 to November 2019 as a Staff Engineer, focusing on client application development for a line of onboarding solutions. Earlier experience includes leading development for the Open1X Project and serving as a Senior Software Developer at L3 Communications and TippingPoint. Chris also contributed as a Senior Supplicant Developer at Identity Engines and served as a Wireless Engineer at the University of Utah's Office of IT, overseeing the deployment of a campus-wide wireless network. Chris holds a BS in Computer Information Systems from Columbia College, earned between 2000 and 2004.
