Dan Rademacher has extensive experience in sales and technical roles within the HVAC and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Service Sales at Control Solutions Inc. since July 2017, Dan is responsible for enhancing sales and profitability. Prior to this role, Dan worked as Area Market Leader at Cochrane Supply & Engineering from 2006 to July 2017, where responsibilities included overseeing job quotes, customer inquiries, and maintaining product knowledge through various training opportunities. Earlier, Dan gained hands-on experience as a Field Tech/Crew Leader at Shulert Heating and Cooling in 2004, managing new construction projects and coordinating equipment change-outs. Dan is an alumnus of Ferris State University.
