Priyam Tripathi is a Customer Support Engineer at ContractPodAi since July 2022, with prior experience as a Customer Success Manager at Kylas and Advids. At Advids, Priyam led client onboarding and retention efforts, managing a team of Business Development Executives and playing a key role in resource management and customer feedback collection. With a background in business development, Priyam has also mentored teams and contributed to process development and video production support. Priyam holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration from Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University and Symbiosis Institute of Computer Studies and Research, specializing in Information Technology.
