Matt Watkins has extensive experience in the elevator services industry, currently serving as President of Contractors Inc since August 2024. Previously, as Regional Vice President at Elevated Facility Services from March 2023 to August 2024, Matt led operations in the southwest region. Matt's long tenure at TK Elevator spanned from July 1997 to September 2022, where notable roles included Managing Director, overseeing a $75M passenger boarding bridge division, and Executive Vice President of Marketing and Communications for the $4B Americas unit. Matt's leadership extended to Vice President of Sales and Regional Vice President of Sales, enhancing sales operations and strategies across multiple regional offices. Early career roles included Branch Manager for ThyssenKrupp Elevator in Spokane, WA, and a Sales Representative, managing significant customer accounts. Matt earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Arizona and an MBA from Dallas Baptist University.
