Sara Boggs (Gleave) is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and operational management within the technology and service sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Contractor Commerce since September 2024, Sara previously held several key positions at WorkWave from March 2020 to September 2024, including Senior Director of Customer Success and Director of ServMan Operations. In these roles, Sara focused on enhancing client relationships and operational efficiencies for enterprise customers across various industries. Prior experience includes roles at Morris-Jenkins Heating, Air Conditioning, & Plumbing as an Operations Analyst/IT Project Manager, and at the Texas Legislative Council as a Social Science Statistician. Holding a Ph.D. in Geography and Urban Regional Analysis from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, as well as a Master's in Public Affairs from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's in Public Relations from Penn State University, Sara combines a strong educational background with a commitment to delivering value to clients.
