Herlinde De Buck has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Herlinde co-founded and served as the COO of Contractify, a growing SaaS scale-up specializing in contract management software and services. At Contractify, they were responsible for centralizing contracts and responsibilities, tracking contracts and related documents, automating contract follow-up tasks, approving and signing documents, and providing custom contract data reporting. Additionally, they provided full contract management support, including registration and follow-up of contracts, expert advice, and reporting at Contractify.

Prior to their role at Contractify, Herlinde worked as a Contract Manager at Anacura, and as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and CFO at Labo Nuytinck. Herlinde also had a brief stint in customer service at Labo Nuytinck. Herlinde'sprevious roles include Front Office Sales at Van Gansewinkel, Administration and Sales Support Officer at Terumo Europe N.V., and Product Manager at A&C Systems. Herlinde started their professional journey as a Commercial Representative at Fortis.

Herlinde De Buck completed their Bachelor's degree in Archeology at Sapienza Università di Roma from 2002 to 2003. Herlinde then pursued a Master's degree in Classical, Ancient Mediterranean and Near Eastern Studies and Archaeology from Ghent University, which they completed from 2000 to 2004. In 2004, they attended Academia Belgica to prepare for their PhD in the same field of study.
