David Feehan is the Director and Owner of Contract Dispute Consultants Limited since June 2007, providing expert advice on contractual and commercial matters for large-scale civil engineering and construction projects worldwide. Significant assignments include consultancy for international power transmission and major contractors in Hong Kong and the United States on issues related to project delays and claims recovery. Previous experience includes serving as Commercial Manager Claims at Hsin Chong Construction, Claims Manager at Gammon Construction, and Claims Engineer at Balfour Beatty, among other roles in the construction industry. David holds a BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering from the University of South Wales and a Diploma in Arbitration from the College of Estate Management.
