Kevin Phillips is a seasoned finance and technology professional with a diverse background in leadership roles within the fintech sector. Currently, Kevin serves as Co-Founder of both Contract Capital Partner LLC and Fintech Transformations Group, and holds the position of EVP and General Manager at Novo, focusing on innovative lending solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. Previous experience includes serving as CFO at RoadSync, where Kevin enhanced operational efficiency and growth, and as Head of Strategy and Corporate Development at Kabbage, Inc., which was acquired by American Express. Additional roles encompass consulting for fintech companies, holding various leadership positions at Greyfield Consulting, and contributing to Scientific Intake as COO and CFO. Kevin holds an MBA from Georgia State University and a BA in Political Science from Washington College.
