Matthew Holt is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in water resource management and environmental engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Contra Costa Water District since October 2014, Matthew previously held the position of Associate Engineer within the same organization. Prior roles include Supervising Engineer at MWH Global from May 2006 to October 2014, Project Scientist at Treadwell & Rollo from May 2004 to August 2005, and Project Scientist at GeoTrans, Inc. from June 2000 to May 2004. Earlier in the career, Matthew served as a Geoscientist at McLaren/Hart and had an internship in Groundwater Resources Engineering at Alameda County Water District. Matthew Holt earned a Master of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Hydrologic Sciences from UC Santa Barbara.
