Vickie Kaplan, CPA, has extensive experience in accounting and finance, currently serving as Accounting Manager at Contra Costa County Employees' Retirement Association since October 2001. Prior to this role, Vickie held the position of Finance Supervisor at Fireman's Fund Insurance Company from April 1999 to September 2001, and worked as a Senior Accountant at KPMG Peat Marwick, LLP from September 1996 to November 1998. Vickie's career in finance began as a Financial Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco from November 1990 to September 1996. Vickie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois Chicago.
