Mihai Roman has a diverse work experience spanning over eight years. Mihai started their career as a Web Designer at Revista PUNKT in 2011, where they created flash and static ads using Adobe Flash and Adobe Photoshop. Mihai also contributed to site content management during their three-year tenure. In 2014, Mihai joined UMT Software as an Assistant Programmer (Internship) where they implemented an internal software using ASP.NET 4.5, C#, JS, jQuery, and MSSQL. Later that year, they transitioned to Fortech as a Software Developer and contributed to the development of a large-scale desktop app using .NET/C#, Oracle SQL, and PRO-C.

Mihai ventured into freelancing in 2016 and worked as a Web Developer, taking on projects from November 2016 to January 2018. Following their freelance work, they joined Orange Moldova in 2017 as a Front End Web Developer. During their two-year tenure, Mihai engineered business solutions for a platform with a hundred thousand users using React, Adobe Experience Manager, ES6, LESS, Flux, Webpack, Karma, Mocha, and Chai. Mihai also contributed to backend improvements by developing a GraphQL/Java service to concatenate and expose multiple legacy systems.

Most recently, in 2019, Mihai joined Contovista AG as a Software Developer.

Mihai Roman obtained their Engineer's degree in Computer Science from the Technical University of Cluj Napoca. Mihai completed their studies at the university from 2011 to 2016.
