Cathy Pasierb has accumulated extensive experience in the home care industry. Cathy began their career at Decision Point Consulting in 1997, serving as Vice-President until 2003. Cathy then joined Continuum - St. Louis Home Care as the Director of Care Management from 2003 to 2007, and later became the Executive Director until 2022. Simultaneously, Cathy also held positions at Family Partners Home, starting as the Executive Director from 2019 to 2022, and assuming the role of Managing Director from 2022 onward.

Cathy Pasierb obtained a Bachelor of Science in Social Work (BSSW) from St. Louis University in 1993. Cathy then pursued a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree specializing in Gerontology and Management at Washington University in St. Louis, completing it in 1995.
