Graeme Hay is a seasoned professional in the field of Continuous Improvement and Industrial Engineering, currently serving as the Managing Consultant at Continuous Improvement Consulting since June 2007. In this role, responsibilities include business development, strategy formulation, and project leadership. Graeme founded Continuous Improvement Consulting, initially providing Lean Six Sigma expertise to larger firms in Southern Africa. Graeme also has experience as a Minitab Training Partner and has contributed as a guest lecturer and faculty associate at the University of Stellenbosch Business School. Prior to these roles, Graeme worked as an Industrial Engineering Management Consultant and an Engineer in Training. Educational achievements include degrees in Industrial Engineering from Durban University of Technology and Stellenbosch University, as well as advanced programs in Strategic Management from Saïd Business School and digital transformation from the Graduate School of Business - University of Cape Town.
