BDR Manager - Turkey (Remote)

• Grow team through recruiting, onboarding, and training new BDRs
• Assist with hiring BDRs for the Continu team
• Manage and monitor team performance to ensure hitting KPIs
• Understand Continu’s ideal customer profile (ICP) segments
• Optimize the BDR program across all our KPIs and deliver repeatable ROI
• Track and communicate weekly goals to the Continu team to drive consistent performance week over week
• Weekly reporting on performance metrics to Continu’s Leadership Team 

About you:

• 2+ years of BDR management experience (preferably with a BDR background) 
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Orum, ZoomInfo, Gong, Salesforce, Hubspot, Demandbase
• Success in building a repeatable outbound model with proven results 
• A track record of problem-solving and fearless in trying new ideas and concepts
• A passion for the problems Continu is solving within our industry
• Background of hiring, training, and enabling reps for success 
• Impeccable organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written communication skills
• Located in Turkey and able to provide coverage for an international team
