Yeshwant Pai currently serves as Chief Manager at Continental since June 2020, following a role as Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services where involvement included General Motors Global Projects. Prior experience includes over eleven years at General Motors as Engineering Manager, focusing on automotive product development including ECUs, sensors, and hybrid vehicle architecture, as well as program management and multicultural team collaboration. Earlier, Yeshwant Pai held the position of Manager of Product Development at Continental, overseeing technical and project management for various automotive clients, and ensuring engineering quality and resource allocation. Yeshwant Pai holds a B-Tech degree in Electronics and Communication from BITS.
