Kai-Uwe Brinkmann is the Founder of Colibri Unternehmensberatung GmbH since June 2022, specializing in coaching and consulting in negotiation for sales and purchasing functions, as well as alternative dispute resolution through business mediations. Brinkmann has extensive experience in the purchasing and supplier quality management sector, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Continental since January 2005, with prior roles as Vice President of Purchasing Electronics and Division Carbody Electronics. Previous positions include Director of Purchasing at Siemens VDO Automotive and a series of roles at Siemens, including Director of Sales for Central Key Account Management in the Americas and Senior Consultant at Siemens Management Consulting. Brinkmann began a professional career as a Military Officer in the Bundeswehr from August 1985 to August 1988. Educationally, Brinkmann holds a degree in Diplom-Kaufmann from Universität Mannheim and is a certified Wirtschaftsmediator.
