Pia Speight is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in property management and operations. Currently serving as Regional Vice President at Continental Properties since 2021, Pia previously held the position of Regional Director within the same company. Prior experience includes a tenure at The Barrington Group, Inc. from 2006 to 2021, where Pia excelled as Director of Operations responsible for P&L accountability, training, and strategic management of 13 properties across five states, as well as creating and managing a $12M operations budget. Pia also served as Regional Property Manager, focusing on market analysis and the implementation of sales strategies. Pia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Spelman College, earned in 2006.
