Sonia Yleana Ruiz Flores is a seasoned professional in industrial engineering with over two decades of experience in various roles. Currently serving as Regional Process Auditor for Grupo Continental Motores since December 2022, Sonia previously held the position of Ingeniera Industrial at Grupo API, S.A. since June 2000, where expertise in administrative procedure coordination and inventory management was developed, particularly in the automotive sector. At Continental Motores, S.A., from June 2017 to April 2023, significant achievements were made as Jefe de Inventarios, including transforming an annual negative inventory balance into a positive one through effective personnel selection and efficient inventory review strategies. Sonia holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala, completed in 2000.
