Shannon Larsen is currently working as the Manager of Claims Support at Contigo Health since June 2017. Prior to this position, at Health Design Plus, Shannon held the role of Account Manager from June 2015 to June 2017. With a background in various roles in the healthcare and insurance industry, Shannon's experience ranges from being a Client Advisor at The Fedeli Group, to working in marketing and health improvement coordination at American Benefits Management. With an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Stark State College, Shannon has also held managerial positions at Jon-Wesley Insurance Agency and Community Health Plan of Ohio. Prior to this, Shannon started their career at Aetna as a Member Service and Claims Examiner.
