Jim Richmond is an experienced Project Manager currently employed at Conti LLC since May 2021. Prior to this role, Richmond served as a Senior Estimator/Project Manager at Michigan Mechanical Insulation from January 2013 to April 2021, where the estimation department was developed into a high-volume operation managing over 600 proposals annually. Earlier experience includes serving as the JATC Coordinator for Heat and Frost Insulators - Local 25, managing the apprenticeship school and overseeing class schedules and performances. Richmond also worked as a Heat and Frost Insulator with Michigan Mechanical Insulation, overseeing various mechanical insulation installation projects as a foreman. Jim Richmond holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Marketing from St. Mary's College, Madonna University, and Ave Maria University, obtained between 1997 and 2001.
