Charles has also held multiple roles at Natterbox, including Natterbox Hong Kong Limited Member Board Of Directors, Non Executive Director, Managing Director, and VP Asia Pacific. Charles was also a Board Member at N2JB Limited Natterbox Holdco. Prior to that, they served as the Director at Internet Industry Association from 2010 to 2014. Charles has also worked as a Business Mentor at muru-D, Strategy Advisor at Encassa Identity Theft Protection, and Founder & Managing Director - Asia Pacific Operations at Webroot Software Pty Limited. Charles held senior leadership positions at SurfControl, including General Manager, Senior Vice President Asia Pacific, and Managing Director ANZ. Charles also worked as the Director of Sales at Lanvision and as a Channel Account Manager at Epson Australia and Brother Industries.

Charles Heunemann 許瀚民 began their education in 1981 at TAFE NSW, where they pursued a degree in Accounting. After this, they took a break from formal education. In 2007, they enrolled in the Australian Institute of Company Directors, where they completed the Graduate Australian Institute of Company Directors program. In 2010, Charles Heunemann 許瀚民 attended the Chartered Secretaries Australia Ltd, focusing on Corporate Governance.
