Victor Kashirin has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 13 years. Victor started their career in 2007 at EVELOPERS, where they focused on server-side development. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Research Fellow at ITMO University, conducting research and analysis on complex networks and developing computational models for various applications. Since 2015, Victor has been working at Context Labs BV as a Senior Data Scientist, managing the full data analysis pipeline and conducting research on innovation analytics and talent/investment flows.

Victor Kashirin earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from ITMO University, which they attended from 2004 to 2008. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer Science at the same university, from 2008 to 2010. After completing their Master's degree, Victor continued their education at ITMO University and obtained a Candidate of Sciences (PhD) degree in Computer Science from 2011 to 2013.
