Mathilde Soler has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Mathilde began their career at SIFE EFREI, where they excelled as a Manager, leading a team of 10 students and achieving second place in the French national contest. Following this, they worked at AXA Tech as a Chef de projet before joining Microsoft as a Premier Field Engineer and later as a Technical Account Manager focused on the public sector. At Microsoft, Mathilde demonstrated expertise in Active Directory and was responsible for managing client projects, providing technical support, and facilitating knowledge transfer. Mathilde then served as an Assistant Manager at The Classic Cupcake Co, where they were in charge of team management, customer service, and improving the store's communication strategy. Mathilde also volunteered as an English teacher and coordinator at the Openmind Projects Foundation, working in various countries and assisting with humanitarian missions. Prior to their current position, Mathilde held roles at the Department of Agriculture and Food WA - DAFWA and is currently employed at Contentsquare as the APAC Lead Customer Success Manager, where they oversee customer success initiatives in the Asia-Pacific region.
Mathilde Soler completed their high school education at Lycée P. de Fermat from 2002 to 2005. Mathilde then pursued a Master's Degree in Computer Science at EFREI - Grande école du numérique, which they completed from 2005 to 2010. In 2009, they also attended the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) for a period of one year, focusing on Management Information Systems, General.
