Jun Tong is a seasoned professional in solutions engineering and customer success, currently employed at Contentsquare since December 2023, following the acquisition of Heap. Prior to this role, Jun Tong held a solutions engineering position at Heap from June 2022 to December 2023, after Auryc was acquired. At Auryc Inc., from January 2018 to June 2022, Jun Tong excelled as a Customer Success Manager, contributing significantly to customer experience and earning G2's "Best Support" award. Jun Tong's earlier experience includes roles such as Sr. Manager at IBM Tealeaf, where quality and customer advocacy initiatives were led, Sr. QA Manager at Tealeaf Technology, and QA Manager at Yahoo!, where major improvements in product quality and customer satisfaction were achieved.
