Alfonso Caroli has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Alfonso is currently serving as the Partner Sales Manager Iberia & Italy at Contentsquare since January 2022. Additionally, they are a Member of Partnership Leaders starting from August 2022. Previously, they worked at iGenius as a Channel Manager from October 2020 to January 2022 and as a Project Manager & Customer Success from June 2019 to October 2020. At Istituto Europeo di Design, they worked as a Lecturer from October 2018 to December 2020. Prior to that, they were employed at TeamSystem as a Project Manager Go-To-Market from November 2017 to May 2019. Alfonso also worked at Business Integration Partners as a Senior Consultant from April 2016 to November 2017 and as a Consultant from December 2014 to April 2016. Furthermore, they gained experience at BTO as a Research Consultant from June 2012 to October 2014, where they were responsible for various activities related to IT and Innovation. Alfonso started their career at Future Drive as a Junior Strategy Consultant from November 2011 to June 2012, where they were involved in consulting projects in the Automotive, Insurance, and Steel industries. Alfonso'sjourney began at FedEx as a Global Account Management Junior Analyst through an internship from October 2010 to April 2011.

Alfonso Caroli obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Università Bocconi, where they studied from 2004 to 2007. Alfonso further pursued higher education and completed a Master's Degree in Economics and Management of Innovation and Technology from the same university from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their academic qualifications, Alfonso Caroli also obtained a certification as a Certified Project Management Associate – IPMA Level D® from the International Project Management Association in May 2014.
