Lisa Goodwin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management, customer success, and operations across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Account Manager at Contentful since May 2024, Lisa previously led enterprise-level customer success at Coveo for Fortune 500 clients, focusing on AI-driven solutions. At Spaulding Ridge, Lisa was the Engagement Lead for Salesforce, managing complex projects and ensuring the success of enterprise accounts. Lisa's earlier roles include Contracts Manager at BAW Architecture and Senior Administrator for Community Operations at Village at Castle Pines, where operational excellence and client engagement were paramount.
