Charlotte Wagner has a strong background in customer success, account management, and sales within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Contentful since June 2021, Charlotte has previously held positions as an Enterprise Account Manager and Enterprise Sales Development Representative, contributing to the company's innovative API-first composable content platform. Prior experience includes a role as Brand Manager at RainTree from September 2018 to May 2021. Charlotte holds a Master's degree in Marketing from the University of Colorado Denver and a BA in Communication with a focus on Marketing from San Diego State University.
