Daniel Smart is an experienced Service Manager and Support Engineer at Content Guru since September 2018. Prior to this role, Daniel served as an Administration Officer at the Rural Payments Agency, where responsibilities included analyzing historical data and interacting with customers and agents. Daniel also gained valuable customer service experience as Bar Staff at Echos Nightclub and Loughborough Students' Union, utilizing creative sales strategies and maintaining high service standards. Earlier roles include a Student Researcher at the Institute of Catalysis Research and Technology and a Research Assistant in the Chemical Engineering Department at Loughborough University. Daniel holds a Master of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering with Management from Loughborough University. Additionally, Daniel has experience as a Karate Instructor with the Karate Union of Great Britain from 2009 to 2013.
