Hans Van Damme is a seasoned System Engineer with extensive experience in programming, FAT, SAT, and start-up of various control systems, primarily focusing on Honeywell and Yokogawa technologies. Currently employed at Contec since 2010, Hans has developed expertise in PLC communication testing, system upgrades, and project migration. Prior roles include Field Service Engineer and Application Engineer positions at Yokogawa, where Hans was responsible for maintenance, commissioning, and training on DCS systems. Additional experience spans several companies, including TRS Consulting, TEC-Management, PECOM Technologies, and Honeywell Process Solutions, where Hans contributed significantly to system configurations and communication tests for major clients. Hans holds an A2 degree in Bedrijfseconomie-Informatica from V.K.O Opwijk.
