Thomas K. is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in project and service delivery management, currently serving as Project Delivery Manager and Service Delivery Manager at Contango since December 2019. Thomas has successfully implemented the ConnectWise Manage PSA platform, facilitating a transition to a Managed Service Provider model, and has managed the configuration and rollout of the Continuum RMM platform. Prior to Contango, Thomas held positions at LAN Doctors, Inc. from January 2009 to December 2019, where responsibilities included supervising a team of network engineers and managing technical support operations.
