Suzannah Downie currently serves as an Implementation Engineer at ContactEngine since November 2023. Prior to this role, Suzannah was an Associate Lecturer in Data Science and Machine Learning at Bath Spa University for a short period and worked as a Technical Data Science Trainer at TechTalent Academy, where instruction included Python Fundamentals, NumPy and Pandas, Machine and Deep Learning, Data Visualization tools, R Studio for Data Science, and SQL-related subjects. Previous experience also includes a position as a Business Analyst at PolicyFlow, focusing on system and data needs as well as technical specifications, and a role as Programme Coordinator at the University of Warwick - WMG, managing application assessments for multiple MSc programmes. Earlier, Suzannah held the position of Peer Review Coordinator at Taylor & Francis Group, where responsibilities included system support and training across peer review systems.
