Jon Herbert is an experienced Delivery Solutions Architect in Pre-Sales at NICE, where responsibilities include supporting the account executive team through discovery and prospect initiatives, as well as managing market trials from conception to go live. Previously, Jon served as a Customer Success Manager at Movista, overseeing the client relationship lifecycle from training to platform growth. Jon's earlier experience includes leading the European Services Team at Rosetta Stone, managing technical support across multiple languages, and beginning a career in customer support at World Pool Service as Aquatics Director. Jon holds a Bachelor of Arts in German Language and Literature from the College of Charleston and studied at Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg.
