Holger Horn serves as the Chief Transformation Officer at CONTACT Software since May 2023, focusing on leadership development, consulting services, and management communication. Prior to this role, Horn was a Senior Partner and Leader of IBM iX for the DACH region from July 2018 to December 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing digital transformation programs across various industries. From April 2000 to September 2018, Horn held multiple positions at IBM, including Global Lead Account Partner for the Volkswagen Group, focusing on digital transformation, and Practice Lead & Partner for PLM Services in Germany.
