Rowen Elford has over 25 years of experience in administrative and executive support roles, currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Contact Energy since June 2011. Prior experience includes positions at Malcove Distributors Ltd as Executive Assistant to the Managing Director and in Human Resource Management, and New Zealand Creationz Ltd as Development Manager. Rowen has also worked at Toll NZ Consolidated Limited, ANZ Banking Group Limited, the Health and Disability Commissioner, and Sealord Products in various executive support capacities. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business majoring in Management from Open Polytechnic, as well as diplomas and certificates in legal executive programs and modern management from the International Correspondence School.
